LA Crew Rows to Nationals

Loyola Academy Rowing Association had a great spring with both the men’s and women’s teams qualifying and heading for Nationals after a strong showing at the Midwest Scholastic Rowing Championship in Nashport Ohio. The girls’ 1V8 and 2V8 took first place and the boys’ 1V8 and JV8 took 3rd place and move on to Nationals on the Cooper River in Camden, NJ.

At Nationals, the girls pushed to an impressive finish. The 2V8 finished second best in the nation followed closely by the girls 1V8, who finished in fourth.
